All proceeds from the evening will go towards the fund-raising efforts for Family & Children’s Services of Central Maryland.

- Scallops Fried in Shoestring Potatoes with Aioli
- Pheasant Roulade with Tea Smoked Cherries
- Broiled Maryland Style Crabcake
- Asparagus Wrapped in Phyllo with Balsamic Vinaigrette
- Brown Sugared Lardon served on toast points
- Raw bar with oysters and shrimp
- Mac and cheese station with Aged Cheddar and Smoked Gouda, Shrimp, Chorizo, Chopped Tomatoes, Spinach, Broccoli, Asparagus and Morels
- Carving station with Carved Tenderloin with Sliced Baguette, Mini Rolls, Mustard, Horseradish Cream and Béarnaise Sauce<
- Assorted Imported and Domestic Cheeses with Gourmet Crackers
- Fresh Market Vegetables and Grilled Vegetables
- Dessert station with Freshly Brewed Coffee, Decaffeinated Coffee and Herbal Teas, Berger Cookies, Glaubers Chocolates, and Assorted Cupcakes<
- Red & white wine/champagne courtesy of Wine Source, Heavy Seas beer (and more), a top shelf bar
