About the Auxiliary of Family and Children’s Services of Central Maryland
The Auxiliary is a group of over 70 women volunteers who organize in partnership with management support from the Antiques Council, the Maryland Antiques Show of Hunt Valley (formerly the Hunt Valley Antiques Show). Proceeds from all events support the programs and services of Family and Children’s Services of Central Maryland. The 2011 Show generated over $135,000 for the agency and its programs.

About Family and Children’s Services of Central Maryland
When you support the Maryland Antiques Show of Hunt Valley, you are helping sustain the work of Family and Children’s Services of Central Maryland, a private nonprofit human services organization that has been serving our community for over 160 years. We provide vital services to families at critical junctures in their lives. Our eighteen programs in Baltimore City, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Harford, and Howard Counties help families struggling with child abuse, domestic violence, and the prevention of elder abuse and neglect.

About Antiques Council
The Antiques Council, founded in 1990, and currently with approximately 80 members from North America, Europe, and the United Kingdom, is a not-for-profit organization created to mange antiques shows for charities, to offer the buying public information about antiques, and to set the highest possible standards for its members and the shows it manages. Membership is by invitation only and all members must be re-elected annually.
In addition to the Maryland Antiques Show of Hunt Valley, the Council currently manages the following three shows: Litchfield County Antiques Show, Nantucket Historical Society Annual August Antiques Show, and the Winnetka Antiques & Modernism Show.
